Quiltboxes wood art pieces feature traditional quilt block designs executed in beautiful hardwood marquetry. I make these heirloom quality boxes in my studio in the capital region of Upstate New York.
The traditional Rose Of Sharon quilt block is one of our best sellers. This one uses Curly Ash all around with flowers of Bubinga, and leaves and stems of Imbuya.
The box is 6" square and 4" high. It has cherry inside, black felt on the outside bottom, and real black velvet inside. The knob and hinges are solid brass.
