torm at Sea is a vibrant design that gives the illusion of curves and motion using only straight lines. The rustic marquetry inlay design on this box is made from East Indian Rosewood and a shimmery Karelian (Birch) burl.
The inside is natural cherry wood with a black velvet bottom, and black felt on the outside bottom. The box dimensions are 5"x5"x5", and it has a lift-off top. A small registration “button” inside orients the lid so the grain and figure in the wood are aligned across the opening of the box.
